How does Scent Lab work?

We collect data on who you are, how you live & your preferences and we run the data through our proprietary algorithm which was developed by chemical engineers & fragrance experts. The output is a selection of curated scents perfect for you & your home. You can read more about your scent evaluation & the scents we curated for you to make an informed decision about which scents are right for you. Before you add to cart, we have an option to select your candle vessel so you can match your home decor & style.

Can I try the scents IRL before committing to a full-size product?

Yes! We have a scent kit which includes 3 votive candles in your top curated scent blends. Each candle is 3 oz so in total the kit burns for an average of 50 hours. Once you try your scents in IRL, you can order a full-size for 15% off.

I already took the scent discovery, do I have to take it again?

Nope! Once you complete your scent discovery we store a scent profile for you so you can access all your scent matches easily. We update the data regularly so you can check out your new scent matches there too. Just go to this link & use your email to log in.

How much is a full-size candle?

Our full-size candles are $45 & ship for free.

How big are your candles & how long do they last?

Our full-size candles are 14 oz & burn for an average of 80 hours. Our scent kit is a total of 9 oz & burns for an average of 50 hours.

I forgot what fragrance I chose- how can I see which I selected?

No worries! We got ya. On the bottom of each product is a blend number. To get specific details about the blend & fragrance notes, log into your profile here.

How can I buy a gift?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our current processing time is a little longer than usual since we just launched. Currently, your order will be processed within 10-14 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we only ship within the U.S.

My package says it was shipped but it hasn’t scanned - should I be concerned?

It can take 1-4 business days for tracking details to update after your order ships. If you don’t see any tracking updates & your order hasn’t been delivered within 7 business days of receiving a shipping confirmation, contact us here to let us know; we’ll check for you.

My package arrived damaged- what can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Just contact us here with details of the damage. Please provide us with your order number and the email address associated with your order. Be ready to provide photos of the damage as well. Our team is happy to help!

Are your products vegan & cruelty-free?

You better believe it! All our products have all natural/ chemical-free ingredients & are never ever tested on animals.

Are your products clean-burning & non-toxic?

All of our candles are non-toxic, free of prop-65 chemicals, toxins & phaltathes. We use clean fragrance oils, organic cotton wicks & 100% soy wax.

I’m sensitive to fragrance, can I use your products?

Since all our products are clean & non-toxic, they shouldn’t irritate you or give you headaches. During our intake form we go a step further to understand your level of fragrance sensitivity, this ensures you will be matched with blends that are the right level of potency for you.

Eco-Friendly & Sustainable Practices

What are your eco-friendly & sustainable practices?

- Our ingredients are sourced from natural sources & are free of chemicals.
- Our packaging includes biodegradable packing peanuts to reduce plastic.
- We opt for reusable candle bags vs. boxes to reduce paper waste.
- Our candle vessels are reusable & can be repurposed.

Are your candle vessels reusable?

We love our vessels because they are *GORGEOUS* and can be repurposed for other uses such as a mug, canister, planter & more.
